[Rpm-maint] Changes in rpm maintenance

Just FYI, I'm no longer actively working on rpm. No drama involved, just 
woke up one day to realize enough is enough (aprox 7.5 years in this 
case) and that I need a change. In reality of course nothing is as 
simple as that but you'll get the idea.

I'm not going anywhere far, most likely I'll continue to lurk around 
here and in any case will certainly be avaible for background comments / 
insight (aka "wtf were you thinking of with this commit" ;) and that 
sort of thing if/when needed.

So, without further ado: I'm hereby officially handing over the keys to 
Florian Festi, my successor from Red Hat side. In practise this change 
has been in progress since November already, but as of last week I've 
officially transferred to another team withing Red Hat.

Its been quite a ride.
