Yes and no.

You'll need to update bookmarks though, all the generated content lives 
at ftp.rpm.org now on. This includes
- max-rpm
- API docs
- tarballs

I've updated the documentation page to point to the new location, in 
particular the API docs were momentarily completely offline since there 
was no good place for them so thanks for the reminder.
