[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Use correct source file for rpmsign module (eb632e5)

Any chance this commit can be backported to current Fedora branches?  `rpm.addSign` and `rpm.delSign` in the python extension are completely broken without it (see https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1393659).
