[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] How to run unit tests (#243)

After installing `fakechroot`, it works! (Below ERROR is another reason.)

```
$ sudo dnf install fakechroot
```

```
$ make check
...
## ------------- ##
## Test results. ##
## ------------- ##

ERROR: All 358 tests were run,
21 failed (2 expected failures).
## ------------------------- ##
## rpmtests.log was created. ##
## ------------------------- ##

Please send `tests/rpmtests.log' and all information you think might help:

   To: <rpm-maint at lists.rpm.org>
   Subject: [rpm 4.13.90] rpmtests: 340 341 342 343 344 345 346 347 348 349 350 351 352 353 354 355 356 357 358 failed

You may investigate any problem if you feel able to do so, in which
case the test suite provides a good starting point.  Its output may
be found below `tests/rpmtests.dir'.

make[3]: Leaving directory '/home/jaruga/git/rpm/tests'
make[2]: Leaving directory '/home/jaruga/git/rpm/tests'
make[1]: Leaving directory '/home/jaruga/git/rpm'
```

> Also the fakechroot URL https://github.com/fakechroot in the document is correct? The URL is just a user's page.
