[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Problem with --signfiles for files that are hardlinked together (#333)

Merged #342 which should resolve this in a way that can be backported to stable branches too, thanks @stefanberger !

We'll still want to eventually change the order of things to create the hardlinks last but that's less urgent with this.
