[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpm's doFoo function tends to expand twice (#313)

I'd expect `rpm --define '%xxx /hello/%%%%/world' --eval '%{dirname:%xxx}'` to return `/hello/%%` instead of `/hello/%`. Sorry for being not clear enough.
