[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] find-debuginfo.sh: cpio looking into wrong path (#322)

I think this is a bit common with vala.

Hint: vala generates .c files out of .vala, so usually it is in builddir and buildsystem might insert wrong paths. Or something like this.

Not sure if this is the cause though.
