Haha oh really! What's great about that is I started down the road of naming things `librpm` then changed to `rpmlib` after noticing all the references to it: https://crates.io/crates/librpm-sys

I can re-release the crate as `librpm` instead.

I'd be happy to relicense the code as `LGPL-2.1+` as well as extract all of the code into a repository managed by **@rpm-software-management** (it's presently in a shared repo along with a number of other crates)
