[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Disable redefinition or undefinition of a built-in macro (9343ecd)

Eventually using the table for dispatching is the rather obvious underlying reason for doing it like that.
When somebody might get around to implement is a whole other question... 

Builtins as regular macros is an idea I too have toyed with, but since I *don't* want to permit them to be redefined it seems more trouble than it's worth to deal with the different argument syntax and all.
