[Rpm-maint] [PATCH] add support for --whatobsoletes

Hi
The attached patch adds support for --whatobsoletes
Mirroring the other --what* options, it's useful when debugging some
upgrade issues.

Tested on rpm-4.14.1, cherry-picked on top of master.
