[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: BuildRequires generator (#104)

The main problem I see is that current rpm does not like more than one -f flag, and complex packages that mix several kinds of things would probably want more than one of those. OTOH `%files` shows this is not a blocker.

And the script approach, while it allows calling several commands easily, does not lend itself to splitting output by subpackage, which is what you want for non-srpm things.
