[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Purge %_buildshell default. (#550)

`%__build_shell` is perfectly set up to work without it.

Note: You can use `rpmbuild --define="_buildshell /bin/bash"` to use a different shell interpreter.
