[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] find-debuginfo.sh: Handle position-independent executables (#638)

This has been the most painful debugging session so far, even if the fix is just a single line.

A test in ABRT keeps failing, since `sleep` no longer has MiniDebugInfo in Fedora (starting from coreutils-8.30-5.fc29).
