[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Report filename and line number on all macro expand errors and warnings (#708)

Patches look good.
The commit message of the last patch is a bit confusing as it emphasis warnings while moving both warnings and errors to use the mechanism for reporting file name and line number.
