[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] 4.16.0: issue with %clean after finish building package (#1382)

The testsuite now runs each test in an isolated copy, and to ensure that the "master tree" is set to readonly. 
Easy to workaround by adding `make clean` to `%clean`. It's not ideal of course.

Adding `chmod -R u+w testing/` after test-suite runs in the makefile is not an option as it'd affect running individual tests by the rpmtests script. Maybe there's a better solution, I just don't know what that is.
