[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] RFE: Add ability to run lua scripts directly (#1273)

I'm going to close this as a WONTFIX because librpm is about providing package management API, not a toolbox for rolling your own. Working on any simulated transaction scriptlet machine just does not fit on any roadmap I can envision, and without that ... you can already execute Lua code within rpm (macro) context, but you cannot execute *scriptlets* in their native context.

We may yet grow some nicer means to execute Lua stuff from the cli for development purposes but it will not be the magic carpet that this ticket is asking for.
