[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add support for generating buildinfo file as subpackage (#1532)

TODO:
- Add 'Binary' field with all built RPMs package names
- Add Checksums for at least source RPM
- Add additional rpm macros (--define, --with/--without, etc.)
