[Rpm-maint] Need rpm switch to tell it about existing user/groups (like user/group nobody)?

I was trying to install a package and two of the pre-reqs are:

  group(nobody) is needed by nodejs15-15.14.0-1.1.x86_64
  user(nobody) is needed by nodejs15-15.14.0-1.1.x86_64

which I already have on my system.

So it seems an rpm switch to create the reqs on a system
where they already exist might be useful!

Alternatively, wouldn't it be a bug if rpm doesn't
detect existing users/groups?
