[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Doc Rework (#1679)

OK, here a preview on how markdown man pages could look like: http://ffesti.github.io/rpm/man/

Still needs some work:
* Add `pandoc` as dependency and though make the test suite pass again.
* Check if both the Markdown and the resulting man pages are OK. This is just piping everything blindly through `pandoc` 
* Put some work into a CSS that suites the man pages better than the current one.
