[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Further abstract the digest functionality (Issue #2006)

According to https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/issues/1978#issuecomment-1080606598, a possible way forward is for RPM to have a second OpenPGP backend, possibly based on Sequoia.  To pave the way for this, I moved the internal OpenPGP implementation to its own file in https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/issues/2000 .  Something similar needs to be done for the digest functionality: Sequoia provides its own implementation of the digest functionality using different data structures.  Thus, digest.h is specific to the libgcrypt and openssl backends.
