[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Colored files getting removed on update regression (Issue #2034)

PR #1967 managed to do the one thing it was supposed to avoid with the new tests added: files that should stay are getting erased on upgrade, the one thing I failed to add a test for :facepalm: This also affects rpm 4.18.0-alpha1, so watch out. Commit 9e4caf0fc536d1244b298abd9dc4c535b6560d69 is the culprit.
