[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add support for --oldpackage to --freshen (PR #2122)

I remember looking at this and apparently overthinking by far because this seems so nice and simple :sweat_smile: 

This of course already went in, but it'd be good to add tests with multiple arguments. Some installed and some not, as that's the real use-case of freshen.
