[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpmbuild 4.17 fails with SIGPIPE on FreeBSD 12.3 (Issue #2129)

Our spec files do have scriptlets indeed. I don't know about a common pattern, though. 

Currently, it looks like 4.17.1 is unavailable in our repos, so we will revert to 4.16. I don't have access to a machine that could build this properly.
