[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpmsign --signfiles fails when using libimaevm version < 3 (Issue #2124)

OK, it turns out this really is a bug in libimaevm and should be fixed there, rather than worked around in RPM. The fix already exists upstream and should be easy to backport, I've filed a bug report against Fedora here:
