I see.  I will ignore non-v4 fingerprints, since RPM only supports v4 keys right now.  Supporting multiple fingerprints or key IDs would be a much trickier patch that I have no plans to create at this time.  There are far more important changes to make, such as handling expired signatures and subkeys that are expired or are not capable of signing.
