Okay that's useful (trying things out over speculating often is): as build dependencies can and will vary across architectures, the real arch *has to* be present in the build dependency output for diagnostics. So that puts a nice and firm end to the speculation whether we can just change NEVRA or not - we can't.

ARCHSUFFIX is kinda odd, but it makes sense if you know to associate it with a file name.
