[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpmtests: The testsuites are getting failed on 4.17.0 (Issue #1927)

Well, the testsuite does depend on a bunch of regular unix utilities, such as sort, being available on the host to be linked into the fake chroot. Stuff is not going to work if they're not there. "make populate_testing" (normally runs early as a depedency of "make check") should show what's going on.
