[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpmspec: Support - as input for reading from stdin (PR #1928)

I agree that this should make it into the `--help` and man page. On first glance there isn't a good spot for this - may be in the examples on the man page... Note that the change is not limited to `-P` but will work for any operation.
