[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpmspec: Support - as input for reading from stdin (PR #1928)

OK, turns out rpmbuild and rpmspec are parsing spec multiple times when Buildarch is given. For some reason stdin is pretty empty the second time...
