[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpmspec: Support - as input for reading from stdin (PR #1928)

For some reason `/dev/stdin` work on Linux but I have trouble understanding why exactly. But we can't rely on some Linux only mechanism. Closing.
