[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Clean up bounds checks in pgpPubkeyFingerprint() (PR #1890)

This is not related to your change, but I wanted to say that it is worrying to see the fingerprint calculation function is concerned with the number of MPIs at all.  At least this means that the code is unable to compute fingerprints of keys using algorithms unknown to the code.
