[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Print all build errors and do not stop after the first error (#1020)

I disagree with the sentiment that the `.debug` files should be filtered out. If there is something wrong and they prevent the build the user should have a way to find out.
There is an argument to be had about why these files are there in the first place and that the debuginfo mechanism may need improvement to not generate them if they end up in the list of unpackaged files. But this is a discussion for another day and for another PR.
