Now with docs and a test-case, which revealed timestamps were not getting restored because of wrong (erase) file flags used. 

There's at least one more thing that this needs before merging: decouple from rpmErase() in the cli library. That's just too weird for a reinstall operation, plus erase doesn't support -a which could be handy with --restore.
