[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Make exit code reflect broken rcfile on --showrc (PR #1902)

Interesting route around the problem. It looks weird enough to warrant a comment in the code though, in particular when we first ignore the return code from rpmShowRC() in the line above :sweat_smile:
