[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Remove build tree automatically on successfull binary package creation (PR #2080)

I checked which RPM version is new for this feature. Then I found the commits below. So, I think RPM 4.18.0-beta1 is first version including this feature.

* rpm-4.18.x branch: https://github.com/rpm-software-management/rpm/commit/6f945960affc7a2a2b49337458457273d8a4faf5
* rpm-4.17.x branch: Not backported.
* rpm-4.18.0-beta1: yes, the commit above on the rpm-4.18.x included.
* rpm-4.18.0-alpha2: no, there is no commit.
