[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Use explicit default branch in %autosetup -S git (PR #2121)

There were two options to fix the regression - revert the original patch or make it work as intended.

I went with the latter, assuming that there's some workflow improvement that I am not aware of. The patch was committed a while ago (authored by @vathpela) and although it didn't go through a PR (was committed directly to master), PR #854 seems to be where the idea originated.

That said, the use case is not obvious from the commit message and should've been documented better, that's without a doubt.
