[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add support for --oldpackage to --freshen (PR #2122)

In theory changes like this should be reflected in the man page. But both the major commands like `--upgrade` and `--freshen` and behavior altering options like `--oldpackage` are descried independently. So there is not really a place nor a need to adjust the man page IMHO.
