[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] rpmsign --signfiles fails when using libimaevm version < 3 (Issue #2124)

Thanks for the report. Unfortunately, F35 only ships libimaevm.so.2 so for F35, we may need to resort to the workaround above. I'll think about this more, assigning to myself in the interim.
