Oh and in case you're wondering: test-suite is certainly not ported yet, and wont be anytime soon. The aim is not to have the whole works complete in the scope of this PR, but to create a rough baseline on which the community too can expand on.

In other obligatory disclaimers: this is my first attempt at *anything* in cmake, so if I'm doing stupid things in there, feel free to point out better ways, no offense will be taken :sweat_smile:
