[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Add shell-like escape support to %files (PR #2103)

@hroncok Indeed, this isn't backportable, unfortunately, as it touches some rather fundamental moving pieces in the (internal) API and also requires commit 66fa46c006bae0f28d93238b8f7f1c923645eee5 which would just be too much for a maintenance release like this.

With the 4.18 beta out of the door, 4.19 is the earliest opportunity for this one.
