[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Deprecate numberless %patch and %patchN (PR #1981)

What is the backward compatibility of `%patch N` format? Is it safe to fix my .spec files? Would be useful to have this documented somewhere, because this is probably first time I hear about this format.
