Do you want to express %defattr overrides %attr?

I think we can consider %attr overwriting %defattr, and this problem seems to be solved. Or we can also add documentation indicating that %defattr will overwrite %attr. If attr(-, -, -) is used, check whether attr(-, -, -) will be overwritten.
