[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] python bindings are using system RPM instead of in-source one (#130)

This resurfaced via #2230. So okay, losing egg-info would be a loss, but if one actually looks at this precious egg:

I think we're able to create such a file without the aid of a Python library :sweat_smile:
