[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Why are two identical NEVRA packages output after executing the rpm -q xxx command? (Issue #2171)

The rpm version I'm talking about is 4.11.3. I have restored the environment of this problem with rpmdb --rebuilddb, and this problem is more difficult to reproduce.
