On one hand, keeping the amount of disablers and CLI switches to the necessary minimum is always a better strategy than going crazy and having a flag for everything.

On the other hand, we do already have separate flags for `--nopre` and `--nopreun` (similary with the post counterparts), so from the consistency and symmetry PoV, we may want to add them...
