[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] The debuginfo machinery breaks if %install follows directly after %prep or preamble (Issue #1870)

Adding %end works for terminating %prep, but it doesn't help %install following the preamble.
The proper fix for this is to eliminate the %install override macro hack.
