[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Rewrite --last to use sed for formatting (PR #2606)

sed(1) claims -E is POSIX but https://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/utilities/sed.html disagrees. We're trying to remain portable, but dunno.

This is another variant of --pipe being a neat hack but impractical in reality. Should probably add a way to invoke the embedded Lua instead for arbitrarily complicated processing...
