[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Rewrite --last to use sed for formatting (PR #2606)

Oh, nice! I never looked at how --last is implemented, and was about to say that's peculiar because surely by that time rpm had --queryformat in its current capability, but chasing it down... I must've mixed it up with addition of --dupes as --last is *really* old: 14996941672975dbbb02e8a40cc5efb7241395a9

So, what's not to like - it's far more obvious, will run faster and trims down a runtime dependency! Thanks!
