[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Rewrite --last to use sed for formatting (PR #2606)

As for users outside GNU environment - I know people are using rpm on various non-Linux systems, but *most* probably do have the GNU environment available regardless. Still, we try to avoid depending on GNU extensions for core functionality, additional enhancements are another story. In this case I'm particularly happy to have made that demand as the solution turned out much nicer this way :grin:
