[Rpm-maint] [rpm-software-management/rpm] Regression on detecting 7zip helper utility (Issue #2608)

Another cmake transition fallout piece: the detection of which utility to unpack 7zip compressed files with used to try for 7zip, 7za and 7z, but now it only tries 7zip and at least on Fedora, that's not available at all. With the result that 7zip compressed archives can no longer be handled.
